Rush Orders
- Do not select USPS for rush orders, including USPS Express.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS.
- Rush orders should be shipped using FedEx whenever possible.
USPS Processing Delays
Due to recent USPS processing changes, all USPS shipments require an additional one business day before leaving our facility.
Examples:
- Orders placed over the weekend will ship Tuesday after 12:00 PM (CST).
- Orders placed on Wednesday will ship Thursday after 12:00 PM (CST).

Order Changes
- We do not combine multiple orders.

Embroidery Sashes
- Please allow approximately 3 weeks for embroidered sash orders.
- Orders needed in less than 3 weeks are considered rush orders and will incur an additional rush service fee.

Option 1: PayPal Credit
At checkout, simply select PayPal as your payment method. If you qualify, you can choose PayPal Credit or other available PayPal financing options to make convenient monthly payments.
Option 2: Wholesale Crowns Payment Plan
We also offer an in-house payment plan for qualifying orders.
To get started:
- Add your items to your cart.
- At checkout, select "Want to make a deposit to start your order."
- Choose "Print and Call" as your payment method.
- In the Special Instructions box, write "I would like to make payments."
- Pay a 25% deposit to begin your order.
Once your order is received, a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you by email, text message, or phone to arrange your payment schedule.
Purchase Orders
We proudly accept Purchase Orders from schools, organizations, and approved businesses. Please include your Purchase Order number in the notes section at checkout to help us process your order as quickly as possible.
